Combining art and tech in the world of video games.

NTL.1J Digital Animation Filmmaking (2D/3D Animation) is a full-time, three-year program that can be supplemented by a two-year specialization program in 3D/VFX animation.

High-level training to launch your adventure in video games

This program is aimed at students with an artistic and creative flair, a strong taste for drawing and a desire to pursue a career in the film, video game or visual effects industry. Throughout their training, students learn the artistic fundamentals of real-world observation while using 2D/3D software. This hands-on approach enables them to discover every stage in the production of an animated film, from scripting to editing.

Become a Tech-Artist

During your training, you'll learn to carry out team projects under real production conditions.

The program lasts 33 months, divided into 6 sessions (3 years) on the Rubika Montreal campus and 2 years on the Rubika Valenciennes campus.

At the end of your training, you will obtain a double diploma and European recognition:

- 3-year AEC (Quebec) + 180 ECTS credits

- French state-approved diploma at master's degree level + 120 ECTS credits

Annual cost of training:
- Tuition: $14,500
- Registration and admission fees: $200
- Course fees: $100

Rubika scholarships* for Quebec residents: $2,500
